SITE RULES & TOU

DRAMA & DISRESPECT

Absolutely NO drama or disrespect will be allowed on the boards. Should a member have a problem with another member we strongly suggest you take up the issues outside the group. Any member who feels that they have been the victim of disrespect may contact a manager and we will do our best to help settle any differences between those involved. NEW MEMBERS

New members need to do TWO (2) things

1. Read & Acknowledge your undersetanding of the rules
2. Respond to your personal Welcome Message

Once your membership is approved you will have SEVEN (7) days from the date your membership is approved to comply, otherwise your membership will be canceled without further notice.

All boards will be locked to you UNTIL you, as a new member, complete those 2 items listed above.

GROUP CONTENT

Paradise Designz has no desire to offend any member, however in order to provide items of interest to all we allow images PG to Adult Content (Adult Content described as: partial nudity to full nudity). The forums allowing Adult Content are 'locked' and require a separate application for membership in order to view. Any tagger wanting to design Adult Content will need to contact a manager to have a separate section set up for those tags.

COPYRIGHTS, TAG ALTERATIONS

We are a copyright conscious group and expect ALL tags to have proper copyright info, it must be legible. Failure to follow the artist copyrights will result in cancellation of your membership.

Management will do our best to stay on top of copyrights. Should we find that any work does not comply with copyright rules, the designer will receive a warning to bring their work to a copyright compliant state, if after 3 days this has not been done, the images will be removed. After 2 incidents, the designer's membership will be canceled.

SNAGS/TAGS

Blank tags/snags can only be used in their 'blank' state. Should you wish to have your name or a saying added, only the tag designer may do so, please make these requests to the designers in their mailboxes. The designers spend a great deal of time, effort, and in some cases money to provide these tags, to alter them in any way causes potential copyright fraud and can result in the designers losing their license.

We realize and understand that some 'snags' from other groups or on the 'net' may not have artist, licensing
or tagger information, should this be the case in snags you place or may see on the boards you will see a disclaimer regarding posting that it was found in the 'Public Domain'.

Members are always welcome to post snags on the Member Shares board. Should you snag items from another group, please be sure that it is okay for you to use them in other groups, some groups don't mind, others do, so please make sure its ok to list them on our Shares board.

POSTING REQUIREMENTS

Simply put, going forward there are NO posting requirements.
While there are no posting requirements, should your account remain inactive in the group for one (1) month without notice that you are MIA your membership WILL BE canceled without further notice. You may, of course, re-apply.

Management reserves the right to cancel or ban any member at their discretion.

Management reserves the right to alter or amend the group rules as needed without notice.

Management reserves the right to remove ANY tag, snag or skin for violation of copyright.

After reading our rules, if you would like to become a member please start a NEW topic thread with your name in the subject line, and in the topic body, please let us know you have read and understood the rules.

** We are all aware that each of us has a 'life' away from computers, chat, and groups, and I am as guilty as the rest of us in running out of time, multi-tasking to the point of exhaustion and forgetting to 'post' in all the groups I have joined. We prefer an active group here and hope that is what you all wish as well since you joined.
